In Gaslamp 1920s atmosphere, masterfully-crafted cocktails and stylized live music. speakeasy bar, Prohibition, underground, secret bar. Puts me in mind of the Great Gatsby. Super cool because the entrance is disguised at a law firm, but ring the door bell and give it a min and you'll see that there is more than what meets the eye.

Prohibition is a place where live music, a fake door and close quarters is embraced. Expect to spend on the elaborate cocktails but man is the live music worth it. This speakeasy is hands-down my favorite in all of San Diego. Doors open at 9 I think and there is most likely a cover. I wouldn't plan to go with a large group as the whole place probably seats like 12.

This is a speakeasy. They have jazz music performances from local musicians. Check their website for more info, they close some nights...
