Xiangbala Hotpot is a Chinese eating experience like no other in Edinburgh. First choose your flavour of broth for the hotpot, then tick of an unlimited number of ingredients you would like to add to the hotpot and spend the evening cooking them in the broth to your liking. Unlimited food for £18.99. No need for starters or desert. It's frequented and loved by people from all over south east Asia but if you are used to European food and have conservative tastes then it may not be for you...

Traditional Chinese hot pot restaurant, or known by some as steamboat. By far the best in Edinburgh, you will most certainly have to call ahead to book. Located in the Haymarket area.
