Xiangbala Hotpot is a Chinese eating experience like no other in Edinburgh. First choose your flavour of broth for the hotpot, then tick of an unlimited number of ingredients you would like to add to the hotpot and spend the evening cooking them in the broth to your liking. Traditional Chinese hot pot restaurant, or known by some as steamboat. By far the best in Edinburgh, you will most certainly have to call ahead to book. Located in the Haymarket area.
