The best way to get around Amsterdam is to do as the locals do and go by 'fiets' (bike). This place is actually a bike shop but they also rent bikes for around €10 per day, which is cheaper than other places in the city. The key to cycling in Amsterdam is to have a bit of assertiveness and never hesitate! Try and always double lock your bike to a bike rack to avoid the bike thieves!
