Arguably the best specialty supermarket on the island. You'll find both Western and Asian items here, including fresh baguettes and pastries, imported beers and wines, etc. Includes a sit down restaurant or take away. Set in the Central Festival Shopping mall in Chaweng, where you'll find major department stores, boutique shops, souvenir shops, and restaurants. Tops focuses on imported delicacies. It's more expensive than Lotus or Big C, but offers many items not available elsewhere. It's located in a huge shopping mall called Central. Remember you can only buy alcohol in Thailand between 11:00-14:00 and 17:00-24:00 (except in Bangrak Minimart)
