A beautiful long sandy beach where you can spend the day. Also give you access to the Rock to Padstow ferry.

Rock is a lovely beach to visit but can get very busy in the holidays. Would recommend an early start for this one.

Rock beach is a fantastic stretch of sand and dunes leading round to Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Footpath well marked
