If you’re keen on swimming, the warmest and most popular spot in Queenstown is at Frankton Beach on Lake Avenue. Alpine Aqualand at The Queenstown Lakes Events Centre has a tepid leisure pool and lazy river as well as two hydroslides.

Great salt water lap pool, lazy river and waterslides for the kids and a huge hot pool for adults.
