Take the narrow, steep staircase from the Imperial Forum and you’ll be taken by surprise: a beautiful square awaits with its Church, San Pietro in Vincoli. Here you can see one of the most beautiful masterpieces, Michelangelo’s Moses. The statue was sculpted in 1513 and depicts the prophet with the Tables of the Law.
