Casper's chili is legendary and is served spilling over your bowl style. It's the oldest diner (since 1909) on Route 66 and has been featured in USA Today and other publications. Shakes, old fashion steak burgers, coneys and homemade desserts. It's located in small unique Quonset hut with a rather artsy decor. We go every time we get a big snowfall!
