Bread & "pizza bianca" (special plain pizza. You can find it ONLY in bakeries - ask for the mortadella filling where available. Very typical)

Old establishment with bread baked fresh daily. Must try: Pizza e ‘nduja (pizza with spicy sauce), tortino crema (chocolate cake), and confetture di visciole (sour cherry jam)

This Bakery is an all-round shop, though for fresh bread make sure to come before 11/noon. Also a great place for breakfast with cappuccino and one of those devilishly tempting sweetbreads!
