Brasserie in the center of Ghent, A bit bourgeois but with all sorts of people including chic dressed up oldies who have lunchthere since years. The shrimp croquettes (‘garnaalkroketten’) and the Flemish stew (‘stoverij’), both Flemish specialities are excellent. My favoriite is 'Steak tartare from the chef' (from the best I've ever eaten) and . Now it's been a long time since I've been there and I do not know if that is still on the menu. Smooth service with professional staff. Open from 11.30 AM to 10 PM. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
