Run by two sisters with the family living just around the corner of Casale Flaminia so no doubt you will get to meet their long history dedicated to seasonal homemade cooking. Unpretentious, friendly with a simple delightful menu serving local produce and the perfect place in Spoleto rubbing shoulders with the locals who know their food!
