Industrialists, celebrities and many others, in Lorenzo's restaurant the most beautiful names of the Fort meet, in rooms of elegant classicism, reassured by a cuisine that has evolved over the years, but without tears or revolutions, proposing a contemporary taste that is not forgotten of classic and essential dishes that have been on the menu for years now. In preparations that are usually relatively simple or classic (but with some admirable exceptions as in desserts), the quality of the fish emerges, which has always been a guarantee from Lorenzo.
