The home of the Peralta family, who got the original Spanish land grant, covering all of Oakland and more. The home has been preserved as a museum, surrounded by a large park with a creek, and outdoor history displays.

Museum & park dedicated to the history of such cultures as Native & Mexican Americans. I haven't been yet but it has great reviews.
