Foynes Flyingboat Museum captures perfectly the romantic era of the first transatlantic passenger flights by flyingboat. The famous actress Maureen O'Hara, who sadly died last year, was the patron of Foynes Flyingboat Museum and cut the red ribbon 24 years ago to officially open this Museum.
