Gamla stan meens The Old Town. Old houses, very narrow alleys and lots of tourists! There are all sorts of guided groups (even gost-theeme-ones) and its more fun to visit if you know history.

The old town is very touristy but we recommend it for its very old houses and narrow alleys. Stora Nygatan is all swedish souvenirs. There is also the Nobel Museum and the royal castle.
