wednesday, friday and sunday from 7 am to 1 pm, there’s a great marché , right on the place Monge. The best local vegetable stand ist the one from "Marc Mascetti". You'll spot his stand easily, it's the one with the longest cue ;-) Also you can find there cheese, a butcher, fresh fish, very tasty lebanese and also italian food! And pretty flowers :-)

This is a daily fruits and vegetables (very fresh and inexpensive) market, very Parisian, with music and dancers on Sundays. You also find there cheese stores, bakery stores, fish and meat stores.

Le marché est ouvert jusqu'à midi les mercredis, vendredis, et les dimanches. Open on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The Lebanese stand is excellent but they don't make sandwiches on Sundays (only galettes and containers on Sundays). The asian fruit vendors have good quiality produce at a reasonable price.
