Access to Lower Beechmont Conservation Area from Freemans Rd, Lower Beechmont. Panoramic view out over the Gold Coast, north to Mt Tamborine and west to Canungra. A nice lookout, but the trees are covering the view. However, a calm and quiet area. Need to walk around 1km from the car parking. There is one bench in the lookout. Other than that there is no other facilities. There are few more benches near the Car Parking. Getting there Drive to the end of Freemans Rd, LOWER BEECHMONT QLD. 9 min drive.
