I really appreciate and enjoy this energizing class. Excellent instructors, beautiful studio, lots of class times. And all you need are your tights and tshirt...all the class props are provided so this makes for an easy workout for someone traveling. In the same shopping area (Aspen Place at the Sawmill which I referred to in the guidebook) there is also S&M hot yoga and An Orange Theory. After your work out be sure to go the the Local Juicery right next door.
