this beach is about a 20 min drive but is a nicer beach than the Tidnish Docks if you're looking for a beach to spend the day in the sand and water.

Northport Beach is a beautiful place for a walk, especially when the tide is out, you can walk for miles and wade or swim in some of the warmest waters in Nova Scotia.

A great unsupervised beach with change areas and excellent picnic areas. Great place to fly a kit or throw a frisbee!
