Situated on the water's edge in the river port of Goolwa is the distillery. It is here the whisky develops expressive maple and vanilla oak overtones mixed with spicy sea-air aromas. These elegantly combine to create a smooth-bodied character that comes only from maturation on the southern coast.

State of the art distillery run with passion. Winner of the 2019 Australian Champion Whisky Trophy at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards, the Fleurieu Distillery is located in the centre of the historic Goolwa Wharf Precinct . It is also home to the award winning range of Steam Exchange beers. Warm fire in winter and often live music.
