In the winter, try to get a table in the library near the fireplace. In the summer, sit outside on the veranda. The views are nice in any season, especially at sunset.

The Inn At Crestwood has a restaurant called "The Table" www.crestwoodnc.com Its very close by off Shulls Mills Road. Has a great view at sunset. Music on Thursday nights during the Summer and the food is good. Kid friendly as there is a grassy area for them to run and play in near the dining area. Price is moderate to high. Reservation suggested.

This is one of my favorites. A famous architect build the original home, now an Inn,bars, restaurants. The best view in town! I think! Expensive.
