Cheap diner food with a big reputation

This is definitely a local spot, within walking distance and praised by several of my AirBnB guests. They close at 3, though, so it's definitely a morning destination! No frills, definitely affordable. They're known for the steak & eggs.

Both at the Colfax Location and the Sante Fe location these guys have a varied menu but still somehow do all of it well. Seems like every local you ask has a favorite dish there whether it be chicken fried steak and eggs, bacon cheese burger or the breakfast burrito with Hatch green chili.

Family greasy-spoon style diner. I havent been personally though I've been meaning to check it out -- my neighbors like it. Cash only.
