It's a wonderful 4k around the water reservoir.

This lovely body of water was recently wrapped with a walking/bicycle path. It is a serene place, where motorized craft are not allowed. Additions in 2019 to this recreational area were public bathrooms, a pavilion with picnic tables, and sand that was brought in to make the beach experience more approachable for guests. We love walking around the reservoir in the cool of the morning or in the evening as the sun is setting.

We love Jackson Flat reservoir, my kids like to take their kayaks down there with their friends and spend the day. There is a paved trail that goes all the way around it that is great for a nice walk or bike ride. I believe it is equivalent to a 5K. There is a plethora of water fowl like shore birds, ducks and geese.
