This place enjoys a commanding view over Portsmouth. Like Chauncey Creek, it's BYOB and straight forward. You pick out your lobster and steamers and they cook it. I must say, it has been some of the best lobster I have had recently.

Basic Lobster, lobster rolls, and sides, BYOB (nothing else!) outside seating, with an amazing view!
