Howick Museum is located adjacent to the Howick Falls, a proclaimed natural Heritage site in the KwaZulu-Natal midlands. It is 25km north of Pietermaritzburg on the N3, in the centre of the Midlands Meander, a highly popular Arts and Crafts route. Visitors will find ample parking for cars and tour busses Coffee shops, restaurants, and a visitor’s information office are within walking distance. The surrounding precinct offers an array of interesting outlets selling crafts and collectables. The Museum is situated 100 m from the Howick Falls view site At the museum, visitors are assisted by staff and where required our museum education officer will guide visitors around the exhibits.
