This monomaniac bakery-café, is in the heart of the Marais. Chef, japanese Michio Hasegawa, focusses on luxury bread, available in two recipes. Ultra-soft Japanese ("motchi motchi, shittori") from wheat flour imported from Hokkaido, and French toaster before tasting ("sakkuri"), from Beauce wheat. Sold to take away at a sustained price, breads can also be enjoyed on site in excellent sandwiches (BLT, club, tonkatsu, croque-monsieur...).
