Sardis Park is a great little park with plenty of wildlife. There is a small lake in the middle that is home to hundreds of ducks, and canada geese. There is an outdoor fitness area as well as 2 playgrounds for children.

This 5 hectare (12.28 acre) park (a former gravel pit) has been part of Chilliwack’s park inventory since 1971. The 655 metre outer looping trail allows the visitors to take in the wonderful views and vistas as they participate in outdoor activities. In the past, the pond was stocked with trout for new and seasoned anglers. Many grandfathers in Chilliwack used this pond to help them teach their grandchildren to fish. The pond was also a notable local swimming hole.
