Bu yer hakkında
Back in the 1800’s, French Canadian trappers stashing gunpowder during a blizzard gave the Cache la Poudre River its name. Soon after, a fort, a town, and our old mill, grew up along its banks. That rich history of making thoughtful use Northern Colorado’s natural bounty became the inspiration for The Cache. We’ve paired the best in local and seasonal produce, meat, fish and fowl with a carefully selected wine list of more than one hundred Old and New World varietals. Our desire is to provide you with a dining experience that truly satisfies, delights and, ultimately, creates your own story here in the River District. Come discover. Reservations for the Cache are available thirty days in advance to the day. Please inquire about tasting menus and private events. Our gorgeous bar is available for a full menu dining experience. Parking is available in the Civic Parking Structure off Mason and Laporte, street parking is along both Linden and Willow Streets. If the reservation you're looking for is not available, please call us at (970) 223-PIES.

We prefer the downstairs restaurant at Ginger and Baker. This historic landmark was flipped into a store, coffee shop, restaurant, wine cellar, and more! Come here for a casual meal, or head upstairs to The Cache for a higher end experience. No matter what you came for, don't leave without a slice…
Pie shop/coffee shop, casual diner, fine dining, kitchen space ... wonderful renovated grainery in the heart of Old Town, Fort Collins.
