Quiet state park with lots of places where to sit and have a lunch or a snack, plenty of space for fishing, watching nature, camping, hiking, boating and during summer also swimming.

A great place to kayak and picnic. The lake is about 8 miles west of Patagonia

Great daytrippin! Boating, kayaking on the lake, swimming , hiking around the lake, picnicking. Nothing like water in the desert! Also the town of Patagonia close by, unique shops, especially one owned by a friend of mine called Global Arts, fantastic!
