Our local fish and chip shop - does take away and has a small seated area. They offer good size portions, and kids menus are available.

You must have fish and chips in Yorkshire! It’s not a bad local. If they are doing the jumbo fish it can often be two pieces of fish 🥹 Takeaway only, open until 8pm Monday to Saturday. Closed Sundays.

The Fisherman's Wife is a fish and chip shop on the corner of Bishopthorpe Road and Ebor Street. It offers eat in and deliveries as well as takeaways.
