Cardiff’s pizza game is strong and the Dough Thrower opposite Victoria Park serves some fine examples. There are classic pizza toppings available as well as more experimental flavours such as the "Flaming Goat" that comes with tomato, mozzarella, roquito peppers, goats cheese and a drizzle of Welsh chilli honey.

they make amazing wood fired pizzas in a lovely New York loft styled setting. They aslo have outdoor eating space, it faces the park and they do Spritz Aperol!
