This is a popular hiking path park. Take a water bottle with you and enjoy some good exercise. It is just east of the downtown area.

Just a short four blocks from Cedar Rose Cottage south on Virginia St. is Acker Park with numerous hiking trails. The hillside trails offer superior views of Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte. The park has a small children's playground.
