Very decent coffee shop in walking distance. comfortable, low-lit atmosphere. 100 times better than Starbucks. But Square One Dining is better and closer walk for restaurant/coffee.

This place is right around the corner from our building. Great coffee, smoothies, Acai bowls, sandwiches and more. Very convenient and stays open till 10pm.
