The water coming out of the cave has its source in the Vanatarele Ponorului waterfall. If you are up for a relaxed hike, there is a trail starting from the plateau from which you reach the waterfall to Huda lui Papara. The cave inaccessible without a permit, but you can get a pretty good view from outside as well.
