I really enjoy THH sandwiches. First, the pate used in their sandwiches is really tasty and unique. I have tried other sandwich shops and the pate at other places use are not as good. Sometimes I will just buy pate and bread at THH and I am a happy camper. Second, THH gives you nice thick slices of meat in their *House Special banh mi. Other sandwich shops cut their meats too thin and the meat taste gets lost. Third, the bread at THH is crispy and chewy at the same time. It's not too hard where I would cut the roof of my mouth when I bite down like other sandwich shops. The bread here holds together and doesn't break apart.
