I prefer also this one, but due to it's deposit and stuff, it might be headache for most. Only 100km per day allowed or you will be charged extra for each km driven.

I have only tried this place. I mostly bike around Copenhagen or take the bus. You can always take 6A from the corner of Tagensvej and Lygten towards Rødovrehallen. That will take you straight to downtown (Nørreport St, Rådhuspladsen and The Central Station).
