5b's Bakery is a local favorite, a real gem among gf enthusiasts and "regular" eaters alike! 5b's is famous among gf eaters nationwide! Their baked good are worth raving about, and quite honestly deserve a much larger platform than a small boutique shop in Concrete, WA! I don't have enough good things to say about their meals, baked goods, and items to take (frozen cookie dough, pizza crusts, bread of 7-10 varieties including sourdough and brioche).

this place is amazing! they serve breakfast and lunch. It's a very warm space and the staff is friendly

Awesome gluten free bakery. Let me first say I am not on the gluten free train and do not actively seek out gluten places or things. That said, they make some delicious baked goods and traditional breakfast fare. Worth a meal, gluten free or not.

Great little bakery with wonderful breakfast & lunch. Dedicated gluten free, but if you aren't gluten free don't let that scare you! It's really good!
