My Favorite roll is the Knoxville. Spicy shrimp, tuna, crab, asparagus, cucumber, cream cheese, shrimp tempura and jalapeño topped with seared tuna and avocado, firecracker sauce and wasabi aioli. Or I let the Sushi chef surprise me with one of his Vision Rolls.

Great Sushi! We love the fried rolls - “Azule” or “Bri” Great rolls: the Phoenix, the 2010, the Red Dragon Have to try the “Hashi” style edamame. Fantastic noodles and try the Tonkatsu chicken. Yum
