Dapper & cozy = Have & Meyer. There's a few tables inside, a long bar, and walls lined with bottles. Outdoor seating is filled with plants, warm lighting. Simple and sophisticated. One of my favorites in Williamsburg. Recommend for date night or w friends. Good wine, drinks, and, actually, the food wins too.

This is a wonderful, quaint, authentic Italian restaurant with one of the most diverse and robust offerings of natural wines.
