On the town dock, and if the training ship is in port, you can take a tour around MMA's training ship. Check out hours of tours.

This is a college town too. While Castine is ripe with colonial history from the Federal period with gorgeous homes and a waterfront there are plenty of things to see around town. If Maine Maritime's training ship is in dock you can see that and if you plan in advance might be able to go aboard for a tour.
