Awesome spot for watching the Severn Bore at a wide river location. The village is home to The Railway Pub, The Ship Inn (and its awesome new real Ale bar), The George Cafe.

Less than ten minutes drive up the road, Newnham on Severn is a pretty, historic village great for a stroll around. There is a good village shop - Shop at the Ship - which does take away drinks and food.

I love walking through this nearby village. Take a look at all the different types of front doors along the main road. Enjoy the wonderful views across the River Severn
