Its sit-down wine tastings and wine education sessions in the Aroma Room provide a personalised winery experience and an opportunity to identify the aromas and flavours that are found in their wines. Summit Estate is famous for its relaxed Friday and Saturday Sunset Sessions where you are invited to bring a picnic, settle on the lawn and enjoy the spectacular sunset.
