Great local place to rent a kayak or canoe or bring your own. Call for reservations or put in up the road at the State Park entrance after checking out the view. Great views from deck overlooking the Dan River. Outside area and dog friendly. Wide selection of beer and wine and orders delivered from local restaurants.

Great place for renting a kayak. Beside the DRC, there is a bar with craft beers called "The Green Heron". You can grab a beer and listen to the band play while looking over the river off the back porch of the bar after a long day of kayaking.

Kayaking adventure! Great place to rent kayaks and float down the river for a few hours! There is a local brewery Located on the property as well.
