Venice's neighbor to the south. Main Street is cute shopping and restaurants. North Santa Monica has Montana Blvd if you wanna check out high society beach living. Ps Avoid the 3rd street promenade and pier, unless you're into tourist traps.

This is what a sophisticated beachy LA surf town feels like. Full of attractive people and tanned bods. Go spend a day there during the summer (memorial day to Labor Day is best). Cute shops and restaurants, along with a nice beach. Parking is tricky. So Uber is best.bet.
