There is an efficiency stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans. The living room area has a smart tv with a couch and chairs. You have your own balcony facing north. There is a public balcony that you can watch fireworks from or lay out for a tan. You can access that on the 2nd level of the building.
