This is a small 1 bedroom efficiency apartment close to TTU and downtown area. A small drive will put you at several state parks, lakes and water fall locations. You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities. We require all guests to complete guest portals for information verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, to complete the guest portal. Non-Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through the guest portal. Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through Airbnb.
