Beautifuly remodeled condo located right off main street in Winter Park, CO. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and parks. The bus stop for the ski resort is right outside. All new furniture, fixtures and appliances. The two bedrooms can sleep 8 people with 6 in one room. There is one reserved covered parking spot located in the back of the building. There are two entrances, one with and elevator in front and the back entrance is stairs only. Our unit is on the third floor.
Fireside Haven is located on a secluded spot RIGHT on the Fraser River, yet is walkable to all that downtown Winter Park has to offer! You will have a king-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, private patio & ski closet. Walk to ski shuttle stop, hiking/biking trails, fishing, restaurants, grocer, bars, breweries & nightlife. Guests also have access to the Rec-Center providing 3 hot tubs, heated pool, workout facility, coin-operated laundry & billiards table.
The upstairs is yours with 1 bedroom, living space/room, + a pull-out couch, private bathrm & shower, table & 4 chairs. The kitchen is limited to microwave, stove, hot water maker, toaster, and coffee pot use. Very little space in fridge is available. Access to deck with river view is shared.
