I really recommend you to go there during sunday and enjoy the mood of this neighborhood. Trust me, nothing like this in Europe.

This is the oldest area of Madrid close to La Plaza Mayor y Plaza de Sol. Enjoy a good atmosphere, cultural activities, tapas, traditional Spanish food, drinks, cocktails... bars close around 2-3AM in the night
