Gorgeous neighborhood, leisurely place to walk, and connected via waterway to Bde Maka Ska, Cedar Lake and Brownie Lake. During winter months you can ice skate, play hockey, and make use of the warming house on the east side of the lake. In February Lake of the Isles is the location for the…
You’re just 4 blocks east of the northern edge of the lake. Kenwood Park across the street. Lake has walking, running, and bike trails, access to cross country skiing, dog park, and connection to Minneapolis chain of 4 lakes.
Walk around the scenic lake and look at the beautiful houses but don’t think about how they’re nicer than my Airbnb.

What's a trip to Minnesota without a trip to the lakes?! Head over to lake of the isles for a nice walk, bike ride, or go to the beach for a dip. There are a ton of fun activities you can do walking through the Lake of the Isles, Bde Maka Ska, & Lake Harriet.

“Lovely spot to walk the lake near the bustle of uptown or rent a kayak, paddleboard, or paddleboat in the summer. Not the best swimming. Try Cedar Lake nearby for that.”
