This might seem like an out of the way kind of activity (it is) but if you have kids and are in Brooklyn for a bit, GO HERE! It is an old-school slot car racing spot that has been around since 1965. Your kids (and big kids) will love the experience of racing cars around the color-coded tracks. It's an awesome way to spend some time - they even have old-school video games in the back. We loved it so much we're considering having our son's birthday party here! Be sure to check it out.

Last of the great slot car arcades in the city. Catch it before it is no more. Heckuva lot of fun to spend an hour there. VERY limited hours on weekends only.
